Neither the S10 Password Vault program nor its mobile companion app S10 Vault sends any personal information to S10 Software for processing, with the exception of the Synchronization User ID (for users electing to use the Synchronization feature).

The actual vault data transmitted and stored as part of the Synchronization process is strongly encrypted with a key generated locally and kept locally on the user's PC, guaranteeing privacy as it is impossible for the server to decrypt the data. This data can be deleted via the "Clear server data" link in the Synchronize window in S10 Password Vault.

No data is sent to any S10 Software partners.
